后生元防治口腔感染性疾病的研究进展

摘　　要：口腔微生物组的改变导致的菌群失调可以引发多种口腔感染性疾病。因此,菌群干预可能是一种潜在的、有效的预防和治疗方法。常见的口腔感染性疾病包括牙周病、龋病、口腔念珠菌病和口臭。近年来,已有益生菌用于防治这些疾病的研究。然而,一些研究表明益生菌的健康益处通常来自其代谢产物和分泌的化合物,并且灭活的益生菌也被证明具有一定的益生作用。随着后生元定义的提出,后生元对口腔病原菌作用的研究已成为口腔感染性疾病防治研究的新兴领域。但由于后生元的菌种来源多样、成分复杂,其生物学作用机制仍有待进一步研究。本文就目前后生元防治口腔感染性疾病的研究进展作一综述。Oral microbiome dysbiosis is found to be the cause of many oral infectious diseases.Therefore,microbiota intervention may be a potential effective approach for the prevention and treatment of the diseases.Common oral infectious diseases include periodontal disease,dental caries,oral candidiasis and halitosis.In recent years,many probiotics have been used in the prevention and treatment of these diseases.However,some researches show that the benefits of probiotics for health usually come from their metabolites and secreted compounds,and inactivated probiotics also possess several particular biological effects.With introduction of the definition of postbiotics,research about the effects of postbiotics on oral pathogens has become an emerging research field in oral infectious disease prevention and treatment.But due to the diverse sources and complex components of postbiotics,the mechanisms of the biological effects of these postbiotics remains to be further investigated.This article reviews the current progress in research on postbiotics in the prevention and treatment of oral infectious diseases.
