摘　　要：功能性便秘是一种多因素引起的疾病,其发病机制尚不明确,目前认为主要与饮食习惯、遗传、运动和精神压力等有关,临床表现为排便次数减少、排便费力、粪便干结及腹部胀痛等,在儿童时期较为常见。该病虽然治疗效果良好,但停药后症状易反复,严重影响儿童的肠道功能和心理健康。短链脂肪酸是肠道菌群重要的代谢产物,越来越多的证据表明,其与肠道多种疾病的发生发展密切相关。本文从短链脂肪酸调节胃肠道动力、平衡肠道菌群和调节中枢神经系统等方面对功能性便秘作用的研究进展进行综述。Functional constipation is a disease caused by multiple factors,the pathogenesis of which is still unclear.It is thought to be mainly related to dietary habits,genetics,lack of exercise,and mental stress,etc.It is manifested by reduced frequency of defecation,straining during defecation,dry stools and abdominal distension,and is more common in childhood.Although drug therapy has a good curative effect,the symptoms are prone to recurrence after discontinuation,which seriously affects the psychological health and bowel function.Short-chain fatty acids are important metabolites of intestinal microorganisms,and there are increasing evidences that they are also closely related to the development and progression of various intestinal diseases.In this paper,we reviewed the progress in research on short-chain fatty acids in functional constipation in terms of regulating gastrointestinal motility,balancing intestinal flora,and regulating central nervous system.
