摘　　要：[目的]处于海洋环境中的典型Cd镀层30CrMnSiA紧固件在应力条件下的腐蚀行为需要深入研究。[方法]在施加扭矩3.5 Nꞏm的情况下研究了镀Cd紧固件在人工海水中的耐蚀性。对经过不同加工后处理的试样进行电化学阻抗谱(EIS)和动电位极化曲线(PDP)测试,通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察腐蚀表面及腐蚀产物的微观形貌,通过X射线衍射仪(XRD)分析腐蚀产物的物相组成。[结果]镀Cd紧固件经合适的后处理后,能承受168 h中性盐雾试验,应力条件下的电化学测试后,腐蚀电流密度为10-5 A/cm^(2)量级,极化电阻大于2 kΩꞏcm^(2)。[结论]在实际应力条件下,典型Cd镀层对服役于海洋环境中的30CrMnSiA紧固件有一定的耐蚀作用。后处理选择戴手套磨和磨削液清洗为最佳,切勿用乙醇进行清洗。[Objective]The corrosion behavior of typical Cd-coated 30CrMnSiA fasteners under stress conditions in marine environment requires in-depth investigation.[Method]The corrosion resistance of Cd-coated fasteners in simulated seawater was studied under an applied torque of 3.5 Nꞏm.Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS)and potentiodynamic polarization(PDP)tests were conducted on specimens subjected to different post-treatment processes.The microscopic morphologies of corroded surfaces and corrosion products were observed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),and the phase composition of corrosion products was analyzed by X-ray diffraction(XRD).[Result]After appropriate post-treatment,the Cd-coated fasteners withstood a 168-hour neutral salt spray test.The electrochemical tests under stress conditions revealed a corrosion current density on the order of 10-5 A/cm^(2)and a polarization resistance exceeding 2 kΩꞏcm^(2).[Conclusion]The typical Cd coating exhibits certain corrosion protection effect on 30CrMnSiA fasteners serving in marine environment under practical stress conditions.Wearing gloves for grinding combined with grinding fluid cleaning is recommended as the optimal post-treatment for Cd-coated fasteners,while ethanol cleaning should be strictly avoided.
