摘 要:[目的]采用双酚A环氧树脂和改性胺固化剂为基体材料,辅以玻璃鳞片等无机填料,开发出了可在潮湿表面及水下施工固化的涂料。[方法]通过圆柱弯曲试验、铅笔硬度试验、抗冲击试验及附着力试验,考察了涂层的力学性能。通过电化学阻抗谱和中性盐雾试验,分析了该涂料在水下固化环境中对钢铁基材的防护性能。[结果]涂布在316钢板上的涂层样品于水下固化后的拉拔附着力可达4.64 MPa,在3.5%NaCl溶液中浸泡100 d后其低频阻抗模值与浸泡初期仍保持在同一数量级,中性盐雾腐蚀3000 h后涂层表面无起泡、生锈现象,拉拔附着力为1.89 MPa,划痕腐蚀宽度为9.05 mm。[结论]本研究制备的涂料具有优异的防腐性能,可以有效修复海工装备,延长其服役寿命。[Objective]A coating capable of curing on wet surfaces and underwater was developed with bisphenol A epoxy resin and a modified amine curing agent as the raw materials,supplemented with inorganic fillers such as glass flakes.[Method]The mechanical properties of the coating were evaluated through cylindrical bending test,pencil hardness test,impact resistance test,and adhesion test.The protective performance of the coating on steel substrates in underwater curing environments was analyzed via electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and neutral salt spray test.[Result]The pull-off adhesion of the coating cured underwater on 316 steel plate reached 4.64 MPa.After 100 days of immersion in 3.5%NaCl solution,the low-frequency impedance remained at the same order of magnitude as the initial stage.Following 3000 hours of neutral salt spray exposure,the coating surface showed no blistering or rust,with a residual pull-off adhesion of 1.89 MPa and a scratch corrosion width of 9.05 mm.[Conclusion]The prepared coating exhibits excellent anticorrosion performance and demonstrates significant potential for effectively repairing marine equipment to extend its service life.
