摘  要:[目的]研究电流密度、占空比和频率对黑色微弧氧化(MAO)膜层外观、厚度、微观形貌、耐蚀性的影响,为工业生产中优化MAO电参数提供理论依据。[方法]以AZ91D镁合金为基体,采用以焦磷酸铜为着色盐的电解液,在电流密度2~3 A/dm2、占空比6%~16%、频率500~1000 Hz范围内进行MAO试验。通过扫描电镜、涡流测厚仪和电化学工作站检测MAO膜层的形貌、厚度及耐蚀性。[结果]随电流密度增大,膜层的微孔尺寸和厚度均增大,电流密度为2.50 A/dm2时所得MAO膜层的耐蚀性最佳。随占空比增大,膜层的微孔尺寸和厚度均减小,耐蚀性变化不大,占空比为16%时膜层具有最佳的耐蚀性。增大频率虽然对膜层微观形貌和平均厚度无显著影响,但厚度均匀性和耐蚀性有所提高。[结论]电参数对黑色微弧氧化膜层的性能具有显著影响,实际生产中应按需优化电参数组合,以获得理想的膜层性能。[Objective]To study the effects of current density,duty cycle,and frequency on the appearance,thickness,micromorphology,and corrosion resistance of black micro-arc oxidation(MAO)film,providing a theoretical basis for optimizing the electrical parameters for MAO in industry.[Method]Using AZ91D magnesium alloy as the substrate and cupric pyrophosphate as the coloring salt,micro-arc oxidation experiments were carried out under the following conditions:current density 2-3 A/dm2,duty cycle 6%-16%,and frequency 500-1000 Hz.The morphology,thickness,and corrosion resistance of the MAO films were characterized using scanning electron microscope(SEM),eddy current thickness gauge,and electrochemical workstation.[Result]Both the pore size and thickness of MAO film were increased with the increasing of current density.The MAO film obtained at 2.50 A/dm2 showed the optimal corrosion resistance.With the increasing of duty cycle,the pore size and thickness of MAO film were decreased,while the corrosion resistance changed slightly.The MAO film obtained at duty cycle of 16%had the best corrosion resistance.With the increasing of frequency,the morphology and average thickness of film were changed little,while the thickness uniformity and corrosion resistance of film were improved.[Conclusion]Electrical parameters significantly influence the properties of black MAO films.In practical production,the combination of electrical parameters should be optimized according to specific requirements to achieve ideal coating performance.
