摘 要:[目的]储油罐目前常用的防腐涂层体系以水性环氧涂料为底漆,喷涂聚脲涂料为面漆,然而传统喷涂聚脲涂料严重依赖于施工设备,急需研发一款可采用常规喷涂设备施工的聚脲涂料。[方法]以聚天门冬氨酸酯树脂、防锈颜料、云母粉和助剂为A组分,由异佛尔酮二异氰酸(IPDI)和聚醚胺合成的预聚体为B组分,制备了一款慢干型高性能防腐蚀聚脲涂料。通过探究预聚体的树脂种类、合成温度、异氰酸酯含量及树脂配比,确定了最佳的涂料配方。[结果]该配方的活化期长达30 min。制备的聚脲涂层耐盐雾和5%的硫酸、氢氧化钠、盐水的时间均超过4400 h,且在3.5%NaCl溶液中浸泡69 d后的电化学低频阻抗模值仍达到109Ω·cm^(2)量级。[结论]这款涂料不仅可采用常规的喷涂方式施工,并且具有优异的防腐蚀性能,在储油罐防腐蚀涂层领域具有较大的应用潜力。[Objective]The commonly used anticorrosive coating system for oil storage tanks currently employs waterbased epoxy paint as the primer and sprayable polyurea paint as the topcoat.However,traditional polyurea paints heavily rely on specialized application equipment,necessitating the development of a polyurea paint that can be applied using conventional spraying equipment.[Method]A slow-curing high-performance anticorrosive polyurea paint was developed,with Component A comprising polyaspartic ester resin,anti-rust pigment,mica powder,and additives,and Component B comprising a prepolymer synthesized from isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI)and polyetheramine.The effects of the type of resin,temperature,isocyanate content,and mass ratio of resins for synthesis of the prepolymer were studied to determine the optimal paint formulation.[Result]The optimized paint exhibited an extended pot life of up to 30 minutes.The resulting polyurea coating showed excellent resistance to neutral salt spray and immersion in 5%sulfuric acid,sodium hydroxide,and saltwater,with exposure time exceeding 4400 hours.After 69 days of immersion in a 3.5%NaCl solution,the electrochemical low-frequency impedance magnitude of the polyurea coating specimen remained at a level of 109Ω·cm^(2).[Conclusion]This paint not only can be applied using conventional spraying methods,but also exhibits outstanding anticorrosion performance,making it highly promising for application in anticorrosive coating systems for oil storage tanks.
