摘  要:[目的]聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)在涂层应用中存在的力学强度低、黏结性较差等问题亟待解决。[方法]以环氧树脂(EP)为原料,采用浸渍法在6061铝合金表面制备了PTFE/EP复合涂层。借助维氏硬度计和接触角测量仪,考察了该复合涂层的力学性能和疏水性,通过同步热重分析仪分析了复合涂层的热稳定性,通过材料表面性能综合测试仪测试了复合涂层的摩擦学特性,并结合三维形貌仪分析了涂层的表面损伤机理。[结果]涂层的显微硬度、疏水性和耐摩擦磨损性能随PTFE含量的增加而有明显改善,但当PTFE含量达到一定值后,涂层的综合性能有所下降。含70%(质量分数)PTFE的涂层在25℃固化48 h后的显微硬度最大(为24.183 HV),水接触角达到79.51°,呈现出极低的摩擦因数(约0.078)。当涂层改为在50℃下固化36 h时,其摩擦因数低至0.073。[结论]70%PTFE+30%EP复合涂层不仅能保证PTFE良好的耐磨性、低表面能等特性,而且弥补了PTFE在力学强度和黏结性方面的不足。[Objective]Polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)suffers from low mechanical strength and poor adhesion in coating applications,which urgently need to be addressed.[Method]A PTFE/epoxy(EP)composite coating was prepared on the surface of 6061 aluminum alloy by impregnation method.The mechanical properties and hydrophobicity of the composite coating were measured using a Vickers hardness tester and a contact angle meter.The thermal stability of the composite coating was analyzed via synchronous thermogravimetric analysis,and its tribological properties were tested using a comprehensive material surface property tester.The surface damage mechanism of the composite coating was studied with a three-dimensional profilometer.[Result]The microhardness,hydrophobicity,and wear resistance of the coating were significantly improved with the increasing of PTFE content.However,the overall performance of the coating declined once the PTFE content exceeded a certain threshold.The coating containing 70%(mass fraction)PTFE exhibited the highest microhardness(24.183 HV)after being cured at 25℃ for 48 h,with a water contact angle of 79.51°and an extremely low friction factor(approximately 0.078).When cured at 50℃ for 36 h,its friction factor decreased further to 0.073.[Conclusion]The 70%PTFE+30%EP composite coating not only retains the excellent wear resistance and low surface free energy of PTFE,but also compensates for its shortcomings in mechanical strength and adhesion.
