摘 要:[目的]旨在开发一种高效、环保的复合氢氧化钠脱漆剂,用于耐高温漆包线上漆层的快速脱除。[方法]通过选择低熔点助剂与氢氧化钠复配,研究了脱漆剂配方和处理时间对脱漆效果、铜导线力学性能和导电性能的影响。[结果]较优的脱漆剂配方(以质量份计)为:NaOH 80份,椰油酸单乙醇酰胺(CMEA)5份,十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)8份,硅酸钠7份。该配方脱漆剂可以在325℃下于12 s内完成漆包线上聚酰亚胺漆层的快速脱除,并确保铜导线的力学性能和导电性能良好。[结论]本研究开发的脱漆剂为耐高温漆包线的高效脱漆提供了新方案,具有较高的工程应用价值。[Objective]To develop an efficient and environmentally friendly sodium hydroxide-based composite paint stripper for the rapid removal of high-temperature resistant coatings from enameled wires.[Method]Compounds with low melting point were added to the sodium hydroxide-based stripper as additive.The effects of the stripper formulation and treatment time on paint removal efficiency,as well as the mechanical and conductivity of copper wires,were studied.[Result]The stripper formulation(by mass)was optimized as follows:NaOH 80%,cocoyl monoethanolamide(CMEA)5%,sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate(SDBS)8%,and sodium silicate 7%.By using the optimized stripper,polyimide coatings could be rapidly stripped from enameled wires within 12 seconds at 325℃ while maintaining the excellent mechanical and conductivity of copper wires.[Conclusion]The developed stripper provides a new solution for efficient paint removal from high-temperature resistant enameled wires,demonstrating significant engineering application value.
