摘 要:[目的]旨在开发一种基于吸附溶出伏安法的电化学传感器,用于检测溶液中的钛离子,覆盖从常量、微量到痕量的不同浓度范围。[方法]通过化学修饰,以纳米石墨烯(GNSs)和聚吡咯(PPy)增强钛基电极对钛离子的选择性吸附能力,并在电化学检测过程中引入2-[(5-溴-2-吡啶基)偶氮]-5-二乙基氨基苯酚(5-Br-PADAP)作为有机配位剂来提高检测的选择性和灵敏度。对不同修饰电极的比表面积进行了表征,考察了Ti(IV)离子在其表面的吸附溶出伏安行为,并对测定条件进行优化。[结果]在富集时间2 min、富集电位-0.2 V、缓冲溶液pH=4.0和配位剂浓度4 mmol/L的优化条件下,该传感器在10 pmol/L至100 mmol/L的宽浓度范围内,展现出优良的灵敏度和选择性。精密度和准确度测试结果显示日内和日间相对标准偏差均不高于6.3%,回收率介于97.0%与107.6%之间。[结论]该传感器操作简便、成本低廉,准确性和可靠性较高,有望应用于珠宝检测、合金分析、环境监测等领域之中。[Objective]This study aims to develop an electrochemical sensor based on adsorptive stripping voltammetry for detecting titanium ions in solutions across a wide concentration range,from trace to macro levels.[Method]A titanium-based electrode was chemically modified using graphene nanosheets(GNSs)and polypyrrole(PPy)to enhance its selective adsorption capacity for titanium ions.2-[(5-Bromo-2-pyridinyl)azo]-5-(diethylamino)phenol(5-Br-PADAP)was introduced as an organic chelating agent to improve the detection selectivity and sensitivity.The specific surface area of differently modified electrodes was characterized.The adsorptive stripping voltammetric behavior of Ti(IV)on the electrode surface was studied,and the detection conditions were optimized.[Result]Under the optimized conditions(enrichment potential-0.2 V,enrichment time 2 min,buffer pH 4.0,and 5-Br-PADAP concentration 4 mmol/L),the sensor demonstrated excellent sensitivity and selectivity across a broad linear range of 10 pmol/L to 100 mmol/L.Precision and accuracy tests showed intra-day and inter-day relative standard deviations of not larger than 6.3%,with recovery rates ranging from 97.0%to 107.6%.[Conclusion]The sensor is simple to operate,cost-effective,and exhibits high accuracy and reliability,making it promising for applications in jewelry testing,alloy analysis,and environmental monitoring.
