摘  要:为解决现有压电传感器柔性、灵敏性不足的问题,将无机压电体压电应变常数高、有机压电体柔性好和织物基底的可穿着特性相结合,开发兼具良好压电传感性能和可穿戴性能的织物基柔性压电传感器。分别采用水热法、熔盐法合成ZnO、BaTiO_(3)、ZnO/BaTiO_(3)压电粉体,采用流延法制备棉织物基ZnO/PVDF、BaTiO_(3)/PVDF、ZnO/BaTiO_(3)/PVDF压电传感器。采用XRD、SEM、TEM、FT-IR、XPS等表征手段研究制备工艺对材料微观结构与形貌的影响。利用激振器和数字源表评价压电传感性能,揭示压电传感机理。结果表明:ZnO/BaTiO_(3)复合压电体兼具高压电应变常数和低电阻特性,棉织物基ZnO/BaTiO_(3)/PVDF压电传感器的峰值电压为2.55 V,灵敏度为1.02 V/kPa。研究结果可为高灵敏性柔性织物基压电传感器的设计和开发提供设计思路。To address the promble of insufficient of flexibility and sensitivity of existing piezoelectric sensors,a fabric-based flexible piezoelectric sensor with both excellent piezoelectric sensing performance and wearable characteristics was developed by combining the high piezoelectric strain constant of inorganic piezoelectric materials,the good flexibility of organic piezoelectric materials and the wearable property of fabric substrates.ZnO,BaTiO_(3)and ZnO/BaTiO_(3)piezoelectric powders were synthesized by hydrothermal method and molten salt method,respectively.The cotton fabric-based ZnO/PVDF,BaTiO_(3)/PVDF and ZnO/BaTiO_(3)/PVDF piezoelectric sensors were fabrica ted by tape casting.The effects of the preparation process on the microstructure and morphology were investigated by XRD,SEM,TEM,FT-IR and XPS.The piezoelectric sensing performance was evaluated by using a shaker and a digital source meter to reveal the piezoelectric sensing mechanism.The results show that the ZnO/BaTiO_(3)composite piezoelectric material has both high piezoelectric strain constant and low resistance characteristics.The peak voltage and sensitivity of the cotton fabric-based ZnO/BaTiO_(3)/PVDF piezoelectric sensor is 2.55 V and 1.02 V/kPa,respectively.The research results can provide ideas for the design and development of high-sensitivity flexible fabric-based piezoelectric sensors.
