摘  要:为了应对吸波材料在高温和腐蚀等恶劣环境下保持优异的性能,探讨多孔Na_(3)Zr_(2)Si_(2)PO_(12)(NZSP)陶瓷作为一种潜在的新型隐身材料的可能性。采用传统固相法制备多孔NZSP材料,并利用XRD、SEM和矢量网络分析仪分析成型压力对多孔NZSP的微观结构和吸波性能的影响。研究发现,当成型压力为40 MPa时,在1250℃烧结4 h后,多孔NZSP陶瓷展现出较高的结晶度和均匀的孔隙分布。在厚度仅为2.1 mm时,该陶瓷在10.13 GHz的最小反射率为-12.6 dB,且其反射率小于-5 dB时的带宽达到了3.53 GHz(8.76~12.29 GHz)。与在30 MPa和50 MPa下成型的样品相比,在40 MPa下成型的多孔NZSP陶瓷表现出更好的吸波性能。实验结果说明多孔NZSP陶瓷在适宜的成型压力条件下可表现出优异的吸波性能,验证了其在吸波材料领域的应用前景。In order to maintain excellent properties of wave-absorbing materials in harsh environments such as high temperature and corrosion,the possibility of porous Na_(3)Zr_(2)Si_(2)PO_(12)(NZSP)ceramics being explored as a potential new stealthy material was discussed.Porous NZSP materials were prepared by the traditional solid-state method,and the effects of molding pressure on the microstructure and absorbing properties of porous NZSP were analyzed using XRD,SEM,and a vector network analyzer.It was found that high crystallinity and uniform pore distribution were exhibited by the porous NZSP ceramics when the molding pressure was set at 40 MPa and when sintered at 1250℃for 4 hours.When the thickness was only 2.1 mm,the reflection loss of-12.6 dB at 10.13 GHz was observed in the ceramic,while the bandwidth of 3.53 GHz(8.76~12.29 GHz)was recorded when the reflection loss was less than-5 dB.Compared to the samples molded at 30 MPa and 50 MPa,better absorbing properties were shown by the porous NZSP ceramics molded at 40 MPa.The results indicate that excellent wave-absorbing properties can be demonstrated by porous NZSP ceramics under suitable molding pressure,thereby verifying their application prospects in the field of wave-absorbing materials.
