抗紫外吸湿排汗复合功能面料的制备及性能

摘  要:为了解决夏季服装面料功能单一、无法满足多样化穿着体验的需求,采用纳米氧化锌分散液(质量分数1%)为抗紫外整理剂,Texnology^(R)X23(质量分数1%)为吸湿排汗整理剂,对棉织物进行复合整理。通过优化整理剂配比及后处理工艺,制备了兼具优良吸湿排汗及抗紫外功能的面料。利用接触角测量仪、液态水分管理测试仪、紫外线透过及防护性能测试仪等测试并分析其吸湿排汗及抗紫外性能。结果显示,经纳米氧化锌和Texnology^(R)X23一步混合整理后的面料吸湿速干性能达Ⅱ级或以上,紫外线防护系数(UPF)为65.57,有望满足夏季服装对面料的多功能需求。In order to solve the problem of limited function of summer clothing fabrics,which can not meet the needs of diversified wearing experiences,nano-zinc oxide dispersion(mass fraction 1%)was used as an anti-UV finishing agent,Texnology^(R)X23(mass fraction 1%)was used as a moisture absorbing and sweat wicking finishing agent,and composite finishing of cotton fabrics was then conducted.By optimizing the finishing process,including the ratio of finishing agents and post-treatment,a fabric with excellent moisture wicking and UV resistance properties was success fully developed.A contact angle measuring device,a liquid moisture management tester,and a UV transmission and protection performance tester were used to evaluate and analyze its moisture wicking and UV resistance properties.The results indicate that the fabric treated with a mixture of nano-zinc oxide and Texnology^(R)X23 has achieved a moisture absorption and quick-drying performance of level II or above,with a UV protection factor(UPF)of 65.57,which is expected to meet the multifunctional requirements of summer clothing.
