摘  要:为得到高屏蔽效能兼具优良服用性能的吸波型电磁屏蔽织物,采用铁氧体涂层赋予金属基电磁屏蔽织物吸波特性,研究涂层制备工艺对织物屏蔽效能及服用性能的影响。运用多指标正交试验分析了涂层涂覆对织物屏蔽效能和服用性能的影响,采用综合评分法得到了屏蔽效能与服用性能最优的涂层制备工艺,并建立了铁氧体涂层织物电磁屏蔽效能预测模型。结果表明:涂层涂覆后织物屏蔽效能得到了提升,耐用性变好、热湿舒适性变差,织物外观更加硬挺、不易皱、合体性较差;最优涂层工艺为3^(#)镀银纤维面料(全银)、铁氧体含量52.5%、涂层厚度0.15 mm、烘干温度110℃;构建的屏蔽效能模型预测精度达98.19%。In order to obtain electromagnetic shielding fabrics with high shielding efficiency and excellent wearability,a ferrite coating was used to endow the metal based electromagnetic shielding fabric with absorbing properties.The influence of coating preparation process on the shielding efficiency and wearability of the fabric was studied by a multi-index orthogonal experiment.The optimal process was obtained using a comprehensive scoring method,and a prediction model for the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of the fabrics was established.The results show that the shielding effectiveness was improved after coating,with improved durability and decreased thermal and moisture comfort.The appearance of the fabric was more stiffer,with poor fit and being less prone to wrinkling.The optimal process is 3^(#)silver plated fiber fabric(all silver),with a ferrite content of 52.5%,a coating thickness of 0.15 mm,and a drying temperature of 110℃.The prediction accuracy of the constructed shielding effectiveness model reached 98.19%.
