摘 要:为解决轮胎的铁质防滑链笨重、易损伤轮胎等问题,通过设计织物组织,以及在涤纶纤维中加入超高分子量聚乙烯纤维制备一种防滑、耐磨的布制轮胎防滑套,并分别对织物防滑性、耐磨性、磨损前后的断裂拉伸强力等进行测试。结果表明:不同经纬纱线的配置对织物防滑性能有显著影响,经纱为涤纶、纬纱为超高分子量聚乙烯纤维的织物摩擦因数最大,比市场产品高106%。织物纬密越大,耐磨性越好,当纬密从40根/10 cm增加到60根/10 cm时,织物的耐磨性能提高了9%。纱线越粗,其摩擦因数越大,织物耐磨性越好,当纱线细度从400 tex增加到800 tex时,织物耐磨性提高了15%。加入超高分子量聚乙烯纤维的织物后,其耐磨性最高可提升15%,效果显著。此方法可延长汽车轮胎使用寿命,提高驾驶舒适度,降低出行成本,促进可持续发展。The iron anti-skid chains of tires are bulky and easy to damage tires.To solve the problems,the fabric structure was designed,and ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE)fibers were added to polyester fibers to prepare anti-skid and abrasion resistance fabrics for tire anti-skid covers.The properties of the fabric,as well as the tensile strength were tested separately.The results show that the configuration of different warp and weft yarns has a significant impact on the anti-slip performance of the fabrics.The fabric with polyester warp yarn and UHMWPE yarn has the highest friction coefficient,which is 106%higher than that of the market products.The higher the weft density of the fabric,the better its abrasion resistance.When the weft density increases from 40/10 cm to 60/10 cm,the abrasion resistance of the fabric improves by 9%.The thicker the yarn,the higher its friction coefficient,and the better the fabric's abrasion resistance.When the yarn fineness increases from 400 tex to 800 tex,the fabric's abrasion resistance improves by 15%.After adding UHMWPE fibers to the fabric,its abrasion resistance can be improved by up to 15%,and the effect is significant.This method can extend the service life of car tires,improve driving comfort,reduce travel costs,and promote sustainable development.
