摘　　要：利用2007—2021年我国省级面板数据,构建空间计量模型,考察基本公共服务供给对城乡收入差距的影响。研究发现:基本公共服务供给对城乡收入差距的影响明显,且具有空间溢出效应;基本公共服务供给的收入分配效应存在明显的结构特征,基础保障型基本公共服务供给的收入分配效应更明显且溢出效应更大,发展提升型基本公共服务供给的收入分配效应较小且溢出效应微弱;基本公共服务供给结构对城乡收入差距的影响具有区域异质性,东部和中部地区的区域一体化程度相对较高,基础保障型基本公共服务供给有更强的收入分配效应,而发展提升型基本公共服务供给城市偏向性明显,收入分配效应较弱。应补齐基本公共服务供给短板,优化基本公共服务供给结构,进一步发挥基本公共服务供给的收入分配效应。This article uses provincial panel data from 2007 to 2022 in China to construct a spatial econometric model and examine the impact of basic public service supply on urban-rural income inequality.Research has found that:(1)the supply of basic public services has a significant impact on the urban-rural income gap and has spatial spillover effects;(2)The income distribution effect of basic public service supply has obvious structural characteristics.The income distribution effect of basic public service supply based on basic guarantee is more obvious and the spillover effect is greater,while the income distribution effect of basic public service supply based on development and improvement is smaller and the spillover effect is weak;(3)The impact of the basic public service supply structure on the urban-rural income gap exhibits regional heterogeneity.The degree of regional integration in the eastern and central regions is relatively high,which endows the basic public service supply with stronger income distribution effects;However,the supply of basic public services for development and upgrading has a clear bias towards cities,and the income distribution effect is relatively weak.Based on this,suggestions have been put forward to fill the gaps in the supply of basic public services,optimize the structure of basic public service supply,and further leverage the income distribution effect of basic public service supply.
