乡村治理与乡村旅游耦合协调发展研究——以福建省为例

摘　　要：立足质量视角,构建了乡村治理与乡村旅游发展测评指标体系,并借助耦合协调模型测算得出二者耦合协调发展关系。研究发现,乡村治理系统与乡村旅游发展系统存在密切关联与互动;乡村治理系统和乡村旅游系统综合评价呈不断上升趋势;乡村治理系统与乡村旅游发展系统呈现高耦合低协调特征。应通盘规划乡村旅游与乡村治理协调发展,选择差异化乡村旅游与乡村治理耦合发展路径,把握乡村治理与乡村旅游耦合发展关键环节。The paper constructs comprehensive system of evaluation indices for both rural governance and rural tourism system,standing on perspective of quality.On this foundation,the coupling degree,as well as coupling coordination degree is calculated.By means of coupling coordination model,the development score of rural governance and rural tourism is calculated.The result shows that rural governance system and rural tourism development system are closely related and interactive,while both rural governance and rural tourism development obtain an overall increasing trend vertically.The coupling degree is high and increasing year by year,while the coordination degree is relatively low.Finally,the study concludes with the policy proposals that China should plan the coordinated development of rural tourism and governance,choose the coupling development path of differentiated rural tourism and governance,and grasp the key links of the coupling development of rural governance and tourism.
