摘　　要：平台生态情境下,主体间竞合关系正在成为价值共创的关键驱动因素。从平台参与主体间竞合关系出发,以平台生态中的207家互补企业为样本,探讨竞合关系对平台生态系统价值共创的影响,以及平台治理(契约治理、关系治理)、环境动态性在其中所起的调节作用。研究结果表明:竞合关系对平台生态系统价值共创产生积极影响;平台治理(契约治理、关系治理)正向调节竞合关系与平台生态系统价值共创的关系;环境动态性对平台生态系统价值共创具有显著正向调节作用。基于此,可将参与主体间合作竞争关系作为平台生态系统管理重点,从倡导参与主体树立互补共赢意识、构建竞合并重的治理模式、提高平台治理规范程度、提升外部环境适应等方面出发,为平台生态系统健康持续发展赋能助力。In the context of platform ecology,the co-opetition relationship between entities is becoming a key driving factor for value co-creation.Based on the co-opetition relationship among platform participants,taking 207 complementary enterprises in the platform ecology as samples,this paper discusses the influence of co-opetition relationship on value co-creation in platform ecosystems,and the regulatory role of platform governance(contract governance,relationship governance)and environmental dynamics.The results show that:(1)Co-opetition has a positive impact on value co-creation in platform ecosystems;(2)Platform governance(contract governance and relationship governance)positively regulates the relationship between co-opetition and value co-creation in platform ecosystems;(3)Environmental dynamics has a significant positive impact on value co-creation in platform ecosystems.Based on the above research conclusions,cooperation and competition among participating entities can be taken as the focus of platform ecosystem management.Starting from advocating the establishment of complementary and win-win awareness among participating entities,building a governance model that emphasizes both competition and cooperation,improving the standardization of platform governance,and enhancing external environmental adaptation,we can empower and assist in the healthy and sustainable development of the platform ecosystem.
