山西小米加工产业发展现状、问题及对策

摘　　要：农产品加工业是推动农业农村经济高质量发展,为乡村振兴提供新动能的重要抓手。小米加工作为山西小米全产业链发展体系中的重要一环,对促进小米产业转型升级有重要意义。本文聚焦山西小米加工产业,总结山西小米加工产业发展现状,指出山西小米加工产业发展成效明显,但也存在优质谷子原料供给能力亟待提升、初加工小米产品过度精制加工、精深加工产品不足、副产物综合利用程度不高、各环节流通渠道不畅等问题。针对以上问题,可提出相应对策:提高谷子标准化生产能力、建设山西名米集散中心、适度发展全谷物、开发差异化小米产品、研发高附加值产品和副产物综合利用技术、加强市场主体间协同作用等,以推动山西小米加工产业高质量发展。The agricultural product processing industry is an important starting point for promoting the high-quality development of agricultural and rural economy and providing new momentum for rural revitalization.Millet processing,as an important part of the whole industrial chain development system of Shanxi millet,is of great significance to promote the transformation and upgrading of the millet industry.This paper focuses on the millet processing industry in Shanxi,summarizes the development status of the millet processing industry in Shanxi,and points out that the development of the millet processing industry in Shanxi has obvious results,but there are also problems such as the urgent need to improve the supply capacity of high-quality millet raw materials,excessive refining and processing of initial processing millet products,insufficient deep processing products,low comprehensive utilization of by-products,and poor circulation channels in each link.To solve the above problems,the corresponding countermeasures can be put forward:improve the standardized production capacity of millet,build Shanxi famous rice distribution center,appropriately develop whole grains,develop differentiated millet products,research and develop high valueadded products and comprehensive utilization technology of by-products,and strengthen the synergy between market entities,so as to promote the high-quality development of Shanxi millet processing industry.
