数字经济发展对区域碳强度的影响--基于新质生产力和绿色创新中介效应的视角

摘　　要：“双碳”目标下,数字经济为协同推进区域经济发展和碳排放“双控”目标提供了重要潜力。选取2011—2022年我国30个省级面板数据,采用双向固定效应模型、中介效应模型和空间杜宾模型,实证检验数字经济对区域碳强度的影响及其作用机制,并考察空间溢出效应机制。研究表明:数字经济显著降低了区域碳强度,且影响呈线性关系;不同地区数字经济对碳强度的抑制作用存在差异,呈现中部地区>东部地区>西部地区;空间溢出效应显示,数字经济能够显著降低邻近地区的碳强度;数字经济通过培育新质生产力和促进绿色创新来抑制本地区和邻近地区的碳强度,且绿色创新的中介效应均强于新质生产力。The digital economy is important for promoting regional economic development and achieving the dual control of carbon emissions.Based on panel data from 30 provinces in China from 2011 to 2022,this study uses a two-way fixed effects model,a mediation effect model,and a spatial Durbin model to empirically test the impact and mechanism of the digital economy on regional carbon intensity,and examines the spatial spillover effect mechanism.Research has shown that the digital economy has significantly reduced regional carbon intensity,and the impact is linearly related.The inhibitory effect of digital economy on carbon intensity varies in different regions,with the magnitude of the effect being central>eastern>western.The spatial spillover effect shows that the digital economy can significantly reduce the carbon intensity of neighboring regions.The digital economy suppresses the carbon intensity of the local and neighboring regions by cultivating new quality productivity and promoting green innovation,and the mediating effect of green innovation is stronger than that of new quality productivity.
