专精特新企业集聚对居民收入差距的影响--基于272个城市面板数据的验证

摘　　要：采用双向固定效应、中介效应、调节效应等检验模型,选取2019—2023年中国272个地级及以上城市面板数据进行实证分析。研究发现:专精特新企业集聚可以缩小城市居民整体收入差距,但在城镇内部及乡村内部效果不显著;优化产业结构以及消弭数字鸿沟在影响机制中发挥中介作用;城镇化水平和劳动力素质分别在影响机制中发挥负向调节效应和正向调节效应;在经济发展较好的区域,专精特新企业集聚对缩小居民收入差距的影响效果更为显著。基于此,提出优化经济发展环境、消弭城乡数字鸿沟、加快产业结构转型、推进新型城镇化以及加强人才队伍建设等建议。The article uses models such as bidirectional fixed effects,mediation effects,and moderation effects to empirically analyze panel data from 272 prefecture level cities in China from 2019 to 2023.Research has found that the clustering of specialized and sophisticated enterprises can narrow the overall income gap among urban residents,but the effect is not significant within urban and rural areas.Optimizing industrial structure and bridging the digital divide play a mediating role in the impact mechanism.The level of urbanization and the quality of labor force play negative and positive moderating effects in the influencing mechanism,respectively;In stages and regions with good economic development,the agglomeration of specialized and sophisticated enterprises has a more significant impact on narrowing the income gap among residents.Based on this,suggestions are proposed to optimize the economic development environment,eliminate the digital divide between urban and rural areas,accelerate the transformation of industrial structure,promote new urbanization,and strengthen the construction of talent teams.
