摘　　要：基于2019年中国家庭金融调查数据(CHFS),实证分析金融素养对农户家庭相对贫困风险的影响,研究发现:金融素养的提升可以显著降低农户家庭的相对贫困发生率和相对贫困脆弱性,且金融素养的减贫效应在稳健性检验和内生性检验后依然显著。机制分析表明,家庭的金融普惠行为在金融素养缓解相对贫困风险过程中发挥重要中介作用,其中参与商业保险和数字金融活动是中介效应主要渠道。异质性分析结果表明,在低收入、低学历的农户家庭中,金融素养的减贫效应更为显著。基于前述结论,针对农村返贫风险防范提出了加强农村金融普惠教育,提升农村居民金融素养,扩大商业保险和数字金融等农村普惠金融服务供给等政策建议。Based on the 2019 China Household Finance Survey(CHFS)data,this paper empirically analyzes the impact of financial literacy on the relative poverty risk of rural households.The conclusions are as follows:The improvement of financial literacy can significantly reduce the incidence rate and vulnerability of relative poverty for rural households,and the poverty alleviation effect of financial literacy remains significant after robustness tests and endogeneity tests.The mechanism analysis shows that the family's financial inclusive behavior plays an important mediating role in alleviating the relative poverty risk through financial literacy,among which participating in commercial insurance and digital financial activities are the main channels of mediating efect.The heterogeneity analysis results show that the poverty alleviation effect of financial literacy is more significant in low-income and low-education rural households.Based on the above conclusions,this paper proposes policy recommendations such as strengthening rural financial literacy education,improving the financial literacy of rural residents,and expanding the supply of commercial insurance and digital financial services for rural inclusive finance.
