数字普惠金融、倒逼式创新与绿色全要素生产率

摘　　要：选取2013—2022年我国30个省级面板数据,构建基准回归模型、机制效应模型,实证分析数字普惠金融、倒逼式创新与绿色全要素生产率的关系。研究发现:数字普惠金融能够显著提高绿色全要素生产率。分区域研究表明,相较于非东部地区、非低碳试点省市地区,数字普惠金融对东部地区、低碳试点省市绿色全要素生产率的推动作用更强。作用渠道检验结果显示,倒逼式创新是数字普惠金融提升绿色全要素生产率的重要作用渠道,其中引进式创新与自主式创新能够发挥显著正向机制作用,而模仿式创新的作用不显著。由此,各地可健全数字普惠金融发展机制、实施差异化绿色低碳生产策略、打造倒逼式创新协同发展模式,助力绿色全要素生产率增长,稳步推进美丽中国建设。Based on panel data from 30 provinces in China from 2013 to 2022,a benchmark regression model and a mechanism effect model were constructed to empirically analyze the relationship between digital inclusive finance,forced innovation,and green total factor productivity.Research finds that digital inclusive finance can significantly improve green total factor productivity.Regional studies shows that compared to non eastern regions and non low-carbon pilot provinces and cities,digital inclusive finance has a stronger promoting effect on green total factor productivity in these regions.The results of the channel test show that forced innovation is an important channel for digital inclusive finance to improve green total factor productivity.Among them,introduction based innovation and independent innovation can play a significant positive mechanism role,while imitation based innovation has no significant effect.As a result,various regions can improve the development mechanism of digital inclusive finance,implement differentiated green and low-carbon production strategies,create a reverse driven innovative collaborative development model,assist in the growth of green total factor productivity,steadily promote the construction of a beautiful China.
