高水平科技自立自强与新质生产力--基于科技创新策源能力的调节效应分析

摘　　要：选取2013—2022年我国286个地级以上城市面板数据,通过多种计量模型实证考察高水平科技自立自强对新质生产力的影响,以及科技创新策源能力发挥的调节效应。基准回归结果表明,高水平科技自立自强能够显著赋能新质生产力发展。异质性分析发现,相较于外围城市,高水平科技自立自强对新质生产力的促进作用在中心城市更为显著。调节效应分析证实,科技创新策源能力能够增强高水平科技自立自强对新质生产力的促进作用。基于以上结论,提出加快实现高水平科技自立自强、因地制宜推进新质生产力发展、着力增强科技创新策源能力的对策建议,为实现高水平科技自立自强、赋能新质生产力发展提供实证经验。Select the panel data of 286 cities in China from 2013 to 2022,this study constructs multiple econometric models to empirically examine the impact of high-level technological self-reliance and self-improvement on new quality productivity,as well as the moderating effect of technological innovation sourcing capabilities.The benchmark regression results indicate that high-level technological self-reliance and self-improvement can significantly empower the development of new quality productivity.Heterogeneity analysis found that compared to peripheral cities,the promotion effect is more significant in central cities.The analysis of regulatory effects confirms that the ability to source technological innovation can enhance the promotion effect of high-level technological self-reliance and self-improvement on new quality productivity.Based on the above conclusions,countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to accelerate the realization of high-level technological self-reliance and self-improvement,promote the development of new quality productivity according to local conditions,and focus on enhancing the ability of scientific and technological innovation sources,in order to provide useful insights for improving the level of highlevel technological self-reliance and self-improvement and empowering the development of new quality productivity.
