摘 要:在“中心辐射、两翼齐飞、新城发力、南北转型”空间新格局下,五个新城范围内高速公路周边用地逐步从城市外围变成城市腹地,高速公路的交通功能、敷设形式、出入口设置与沿线用地发展、两侧地块交通联系的矛盾愈发凸显,一定程度上制约了沿线地区的融合发展。从高速公路两侧一定服务范围的城市化水平、通道交通功能、区域路网服务水平、跨高速公路两侧出行需求四个方面考虑,以五个新城为案例,对新城既有高速公路立体化改造条件、判断标准进行研究,为后续立体化改造类项目提供经验借鉴。Under the new spatial development pattern characterized by"central radiation,two wings flying in unison,new city taking off,and transformation in the north and south",the land around highways within the five new cities is gradually transitioning from the urban periphery to the urban core.Consequently,the contradictions between the transportation functions,layout forms,and entrance/exit configurations of highways and the development of adjacent land uses,as well as the transportation connections between the two sides of the highway,have become increasingly evident.These issues have to some extent constrained the integrated development of areas along the highways.This paper considers four aspects,namely the urbanization level within a certain service range on both sides of the highways,the transportation functions of the corridors,the service level of the regional road network,and the travel demands across the highways,and takes the five new cities as case studies.The research aims to explore the conditions and criteria for the stereoscopic transformation of existing highways in new cities,providing valuable experience for future projects of a similar nature.
