基于区域空间视角的上海松江新城交通提升策略研究

摘　　要：以松江新城为研究对象,探讨了在长三角区域一体化和上海大都市圈建设背景下,如何提升区域交通辐射能力来支撑新城打造独立的综合性节点城市。松江新城作为上海都市圈中的重要节点,拥有沪昆高铁、沪苏湖铁路、沪昆铁路等关键交通设施,具备建设区域辐射综合交通枢纽的潜力。分析松江新城的对外辐射水平、城市功能、交通基础设施发展水平以及居民出行现状特征,评估既有规划交通设施对未来城市发展、交通需求趋势、交通发展目标的适应性,总结松江新城交通系统发展面临的挑战,从都市圈节点城市构建的角度,提出了基于产业发展和对外货运体系的货运交通系统发展建议,提出了打造全龄友好、人居品质的城市交通优化建议,旨在为其他新城提供交通提升的策略借鉴。This paper takes Songjiang New City as the subject of study to explore how to enhance regional transportation radiation capabilities in the context of the Yangtze River Delta regional integration and the construction of the Shanghai Metropolitan Area,in order to support the city in becoming an independent comprehensive node city.As a significant node within the Shanghai Metropolitan Area,Songjiang New City boasts key transportation infrastructures such as the Shanghai-Kunming High-Speed Railway,Shanghai-Suzhou-huzhou Railway,and the Shanghai-Kunming Railway,and has the potential to develop into a comprehensive regional transportation hub.The paper analyzes Songjiang New City's external radiation level,urban functions,the development level of transportation infrastructure,and the characteristics of residents'travel patterns,assessing the adaptability of existing planned transportation facilities to future urban development,transportation demand trends,and transportation development goals.Based on this analysis,the paper summarizes the challenges faced by the development of Songjiang New City's transportation system and proposes recommendations for improving external channels and hub systems from the perspective of constructing a metropolitan area node city.It also offers development suggestions for the freight transportation system based on industrial development and external logistics systems.Additionally,the paper puts forward optimization suggestions for creating an agefriendly,high-quality urban transportation system,aiming to provide a reference for transportation improvement strategies in other new cities.
