摘　　要：国土空间规划背景下,城市发展由增量扩张向存量提质方向转变,TOD发展模式是实现城市可持续发展的有效途径。基于多源大数据从交通协同、开发潜力、经济价值、舒适宜居四个方面构建青岛市轨道交通2层级14项TOD评价指标体系,识别轨道站点周边发展过程中存在的短板,对于优化城市空间结构、提升绿色出行交通比重,以及指导城市有针对性地提升用地效能具有积极作用。Under the background of land and spatial planning,urban development has changed from incremental expansion to stock quality improvement,and TOD development mode is an effective way to achieve sustainable urban development.Based on multi-source big data,this paper constructs a 14-level TOD evaluation index system of Qingdao rail transit at the second level from four aspects:traffic collaboration,development potential,economic value,and comfort and livability,and identifies the shortcomings in the development process around rail stations,which has a positive effect on optimizing the urban spatial structure,increasing the proportion of green travel traffic,and guiding cities to improve the efficiency of land use.
