摘 要:突发大客流下的行车组织是对城轨运营单位应急调度指挥和运输组织的重大考验,常规的应对措施大多侧重于事前的预案编制和事后的总结分析,在实时动态响应方面仍难以有效突破。通过分析突发大客流影响及传播特性,以大客流发生站为切入点,建立了载客越站开行方案模型,实时动态响应实际客流状态做出行车调整措施,并以广州地铁8号线凤凰新村—万胜围为例,验证了算法与模型的有效性。The train operation organization under the sudden large passenger flow is a major test to the emergency dispatching command and transportation organization of the urban rail operation unit.Most of the conventional response measures focus on the preparation of the plan in advance and the summary and analysis after the event.It is still difficult to effectively break through the real-time dynamic response.By analyzing the impact and propagation characteristics of sudden large passenger flow,taking the large passenger flow occurrence station as the starting point,this paper establishes a model of passenger overtaking operation scheme,dynamically responds to the actual passenger flow status in real time,and takes FenghuangXincun to Wanshengwei of Guangzhou Metro Line 8 as an example to verify the effectiveness of the algorithm and model.
