摘  要:皂苷类成分具有抗癌、抗炎和抗菌等药理作用,但因其注射给药产生的不良反应较多及口服生物利用度低而限制其临床应用。目前通过脂质体、纳米粒、纳米乳和聚合物胶束等多种纳米制剂形式,可显著提高其主动靶向性、生物利用度及治疗效果。对此,该文探讨了皂苷类成分纳米制剂在新型药物制剂领域中的研究进展,并针对其面临的挑战提出相应的优化策略,以期为皂苷类成分纳米制剂的研发提供参考。Saponins have pharmacological effects,including the anti-cancer,anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties,but their clinical application are limited by many adverse events caused by injections and low oral bioavailability.Currently,various forms of nano-preparations,such as liposomes,nanoparticles,nanoemulsions and polymer micelles,can significantly improve the active targeting,bioavailability and therapeutic effects.In this review,we discussed the research progress of saponins nanopreparations in the field of new pharmaceutical preparations,and corresponding optimization strategies for the challenges,thus providing references for the development of saponins nano-preparations.
