摘　　要：随着全球经济的发展,能源匮乏和环境污染日益严重,低碳环保、节能减排已成为全球关注的焦点。在此背景下,包钢(集团)公司积极响应国家号召,推动老旧内燃机车的淘汰与更新,致力于实现绿色、低碳的铁路运输。文章以包钢厂区纯电机车的研发与应用为研究对象,探讨了其改造思路、技术方案及实际运用效果。通过实际运用表明,纯电机车在节能降耗、减少碳排放、降低噪音等方面效果显著。文章的研究为各行业提供了绿色铁路运输的解决方案,也为推动我国轨道交通装备的绿色转型和“一带一路”高质量共建提供了实践参考。With the development of global economy,the energy poor and environmental pollutions are becoming increasingly serious as well as low carbon and environmental protection,energy conservation and emission reduction have become the focus of global attention.In this context,Baotou Iron&Steel(Group)Co.,Ltd.actively responds to the call of the country,promotes elimination and replacement of old-fashioned diesel locomotives,which are committed to achieving green and low-carbon railway transportation.In this article,the transformation ideas,technical solutions and practical application effects are discussed by taking the research and development and application of pure electric locomotives in factory region of Baotou Steel as object of study.The practical application shows that the effects of pure electric locomotives on saving energy as well as reducing consumptions,carbon emissions and noises are significant.The research of this article provides the solutions for green railway transportation of all industries as well as practical references for promoting green transformation of rail transit equipment in our country and high quality co-construction of the“Belt and Road”.
