基于正交试验的乳化沥青冷再生混合料养生条件研究

摘　　要：为探究养生时间、温度、湿度等条件对乳化沥青冷再生混合料的敏感性,优化乳化沥青冷再生混合料养生方案,设计了L 9(34)正交试验,以马歇尔稳定度和劈裂强度为评价指标,分析了养生时间、养生温度、养生湿度等因素对乳化沥青冷再生混合料力学性能的影响。研究结果表明,各因素对乳化沥青冷再生混合料马歇尔稳定度的影响程度从高到低为养生湿度、养生时间、养生温度,对劈裂强度的影响程度从高到低为养生温度、养生湿度、养生时间;最佳养护条件为养护温度为60℃、养护湿度30%RH、养护时间3d以上。研究结论经开阳高速公路工程验证,可为乳化沥青冷再生技术的推广应用提供参考。In order to explore the sensitivity of curing time,temperature,humidity and other conditions to emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture,and optimize the emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture curing scheme,in this paper,the orthogonal test is designed,and the Marshall stability and splitting strength are used as the evaluation indexes.The effects of curing time,curing temperature,curing humidity and other factors on the mechanical properties of emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture are analyzed.The results show that the order of influence of various factors on Marshall stability of emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture is curing humidity>curing time>curing temperature,and the order of influence on splitting strength is curing temperature>curing humidity>curing time.The optimum curing conditions are curing temperature of 60℃,curing humidity of 30%RH and curing time of more than 3 days.The research conclusion is verified by Kaiyang Expressway project,which provides reference for the popularization and application of emulsified asphalt cold recycling technology.
