摘 要:针对商业综合体建筑自身层数少、建筑高度低、地下室埋深较大的特性,易发生抗浮水位高,导致基底隆起、底板变形、结构破坏渗漏等问题,探析商业综合体建筑压力型预应力岩石抗浮锚杆施工新技术。以玉林市万花楼文旅综合城项目为研究对象,主要通过严控放线定位、抗拔承载力试验、钻孔施工、锚杆制作及安装、注浆及养护、锚杆施加预应力及防水附加层等关键工序施工,顺利完成了压力型预应力岩石抗浮锚杆施工任务。实例研究表明,该项施工工艺可有效提升大型商业综合体建筑基础筏板的抗浮稳定能力,为基础筏板施工抵抗地下水压力以及建筑物交付使用后的防渗漏隐患提供了良好的安全质量保障。In view of the characteristics of commercial complex building,such as few floors,low building height and large buried basement depth,it is easy to have problems such as basement uplift,floor deformation,structural damage and leakage,which are caused by high anti-floating water level.This paper analyzes the new construction technology of pressure-type prestressed rock anti-floating anchor for commercial complex building.Taking Wanhualou Tourism Integrated City Project in Yulin as the research object,the construction task of pressure-type prestressed rock anti-floating anchor was successfully completed through strict control of key construction processes such as pay-off positioning,pull-out bearing capacity test,drilling construction,bolt fabrication and installation,grouting and maintenance,bolt prestressing and waterproof additional layer.The case study shows that the construction technology can effectively improve the anti-floating stability ability of the foundation raft of large commercial complex building,and provide a good safety quality guarantee for the foundation raft construction to resist groundwater pressure and prevent the hidden danger of leakage after the building is put into use.
