摘  要:针对高速公路机电系统中涉及的多种复杂设备和不同部门的技术标准,构建了多准则、多层次的评估体系。由于维护评估过程中存在模糊性和主观判断的不确定性,引入了模糊层次分析法。该方法将传统层次分析法与模糊综合评价法相结合,通过定性和定量相结合,对高速公路机电系统的维护评估进行综合分析。具体而言,首先利用Delphi法量化定性准则;然后采用三角隶属函数确定从属程度;随后使用层次分析法计算权重矩阵;最后,基于判断矩阵建立层次模糊评估模型,并对评估结果进行归一化处理,以解决维护评估中的不确定性和复杂性。本研究通过模糊层次分析法为高速公路机电系统的养护提供了全面的评估框架。Given the involvement of various complex devices and technical standards from different departments in highway electromechanical systems,a multi-criteria,multi-level evaluation system has been constructed.Due to the fuzziness and subjective judgment uncertainties present in the maintenance assessment process,this paper introduces the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(Fuzzy AHP).This method combines the traditional analytic hierarchy process with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,using both qualitative and quantitative approaches to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the maintenance assessment for highway electromechanical systems.Specifically,the Delphi method is first used to quantify qualitative criteria;then,triangular membership functions are employed to determine the degree of subordination;subsequently,the Analytic Hierarchy Process is applied to calculate the weight matrix;finally,a hierarchical fuzzy evaluation model is established based on the judgment matrix,and the evaluation results are normalized to address the uncertainty and complexity in maintenance assessments.This study provides a comprehensive evaluation framework for the maintenance of highway electromechanical systems through the application of the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process.
