摘 要:为了揭示物种光合性状的变异来源及光合性状间的相关关系,以吉林蛟河地区阔叶红松林中紫椴(Tilia amurensis)、水曲柳(Fraxinus mandshurica)、大果榆(Ulmus macrocarpa)幼树为研究对象,利用Li-6400便携式光合作用测量系统,分别对3个树种幼树叶片的净光合速率、气孔导度、叶绿素、水分利用效率、蒸腾速率等5种光合性状进行测量,分析3个树种在叶经济谱中的相对位置。结果表明:(1)3个树种幼树叶片的净光合速率、气孔导度、叶绿素、水分利用效率、蒸腾速率等5种光合性状显示出不同程度的种内及种间差异,其中大部分变异源自于种内,种内贡献率为56.01%~78.18%,个体间存在较大的生理多样性。(2)3个树种幼树叶片的净光合速率与气孔导度和蒸腾速率显著正相关(P<0.05),蒸腾速率与水分利用效率显著负相关(P<0.05),净光合速率和叶绿素质量分数与水分利用效率显著正相关(P<0.05)。(3)3个树种中,大果榆叶片具有较高的水分利用效率和光合特性,在叶经济谱(LES)轴相对位于“快速投资-收益”一端;水曲柳和紫椴相对位于低水分利用效率、低光合的“缓慢投资-收益”一端。In order to reveal the sources of variation in the photosynthetic traits of species and the correlations among photosynthetic traits,saplings of Tilia amurensis,Fraxinus mandshurica,and Ulmus macrocarpa in the broad-leaved Pinus koraiensis forest in Jiaohe,Jilin Province were taken as the research objects.Using the Li-6400 portable photosynthesis measurement system,five photosynthetic traits of the sapling leaves of the three tree species,including net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance,chlorophyll content,water use efficiency,and transpiration rate,were measured respectively,and the relative positions of the three tree species in the leaf economic spectrum were analyzed.The results showed that:(1)The five photosynthetic traits,namely net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance,chlorophyll content,water use efficiency,and transpiration rate of the sapling leaves of the three tree species showed different degrees of intra-specific and inter-specific differences.Most of the variation originated from within species,with the intra-specific contribution rate ranging from 56.01%to 78.18%,and there was a large physiological diversity among individuals.(2)The net photosynthetic rate of the sapling leaves of the three tree species was significantly positively correlated with stomatal conductance and transpiration rate(P<0.05),the transpiration rate was significantly negatively correlated with water use efficiency(P<0.05),and the net photosynthetic rate and chlorophyll mass fraction were significantly positively correlated with water use efficiency(P<0.05).(3)Among the three tree species,the leaves of U.macrocarpa had higher water use efficiency and photosynthetic characteristics,and were relatively located at the“fast investment-return”end of the leaf economic spectrum(LES)axis.F.mandshurica and T.amurensis were relatively located at the“slow investment-return”end with low water use efficiency and low photosynthesis.
