摘 要:以辽宁省云杉花墨天牛(Monochamus saltuarius)为试验对象,通过持续性和周期性两种胁迫方式研究高温胁迫对云杉花墨天牛部分生活习性,及周期性高温胁迫对天牛产卵量、卵期和初孵幼虫等的影响。研究结果表明:两种高温胁迫方式均会缩短天牛的寿命,胁迫温度为40.0℃时,持续性高温胁迫14 d内,天牛全部死亡,周期性高温胁迫时,雄虫死亡率为60%,雌虫不死亡;持续性高温胁迫,随着胁迫温度的升高,天牛平均取食量呈现先上升后下降的变化趋势,35.0℃胁迫时,天牛平均取食量显著大于其他温度;周期性高温胁迫时,云杉花墨天牛平均取食量,雌虫呈先减少后增多的趋势,雄虫在各胁迫温度均无显著差异;周期性高温胁迫会延长天牛的卵期,降低卵的孵化率,还会使一槽多卵现象升高,由对照组的2.50%上升至19.45%。经高温胁迫后,云杉花墨天牛的产卵量、卵的大小、孵化率以及初孵幼虫的体长、体质量和头宽与对照组无显著差异。Taking Monochamus saltuarius in Liaoning Province as the experimental object,the effects of high-temperature stress on some living habits of M.saltuarius were studied through two stress methods:continuous and periodic.The effects of periodic high-temperature stress on the fecundity,egg period,and newly hatched larvae of the M.saltuarius were also investigated.The results showed that both high-temperature stress methods could shorten the lifespan of the M.saltuarius.When the stress temperature was 40.0℃,all the M.saltuarius died within 14 days under continuous high-temperature stress.Under periodic high-temperature stress,the male mortality rate was 60%,and no female beetles died.Under continuous high-temperature stress,as the stress temperature increased,the average food intake of the M.saltuarius first increased and then decreased.The average food intake of the M.saltuarius under 35.0℃stress was significantly higher than that at other temperatures.Under periodic high-temperature stress,the average food intake of female M.saltuarius first decreased and then increased,while there was no significant difference in the average food intake of male M.saltuarius at different stress temperatures.Periodic high-temperature stress could prolong the egg period of the M.saltuarius,reduce the egg hatching rate,and increase the phenomenon of multiple eggs in one groove,which increased from 2.50%in the control group to 19.45%.After high-temperature stress,there were no significant differences in the fecundity,egg size,hatching rate,body length,body mass,and head width of newly hatched larvae of M.saltuarius compared with the control group.
