疏水表面用于降低油气管道腐蚀的特性分析

摘  要:石化产业中,各类腐蚀问题影响安全生产运行,降低生产效率。从产生各类腐蚀的源头寻找突破点,提出了通过在管道表面构建疏水表面,以降低油气管道腐蚀速率的措施。疏水表面附着于管道壁面,产生“荷叶效应”,可提高管道耐腐蚀、耐高温、抗老化、耐磨损等特性。通过等离子喷涂方法制备的Ni基疏水表面管道,其减薄速率较普通管道累计降低42.1%,减缓了油气管道的整体腐蚀速率。In the petrochemical industry,various corrosion problems affect the safety of production and operation and reduce production efficiency.It’s innovatively proposed that forming a hydrophobic surface can reduce the corrosion rate of oil and gas pipelines by various corrosion sources analysis.After the hydrophobic surface is attached to the pipe wall,lotus effect is generated,which improve the characteristics of the pipe such as corrosion resistance,high temperature resistance,ageing resistance and wear resistance.In the test,the pipe thinning rate of the Ni-based hydrophobic surface steel pipe prepared by plasma spraying method compared with the ordinary pipe is 42.1%,which significantly reduces the overall corrosion rate of the oil and gas pipeline.
