数字化转型对农牧企业公司治理结构的影响研究

摘　　要：文章以农牧龙头企业X公司为研究对象,探讨了数字化转型对农牧企业公司治理结构的影响。首先,概述了农牧企业公司治理结构的特点,其次,以X公司为例,介绍了其数字化转型的发展历程。在分析X公司治理现状的基础上,详细探讨了数字化转型对公司治理结构产生的积极影响,包括促进信息化治理、优化组织结构、推动管理权力下放以及提升决策效率。最后得出结论,数字化转型对于X公司治理结构的改进具有重要意义,有助于公司提升治理效能,实现可持续发展。This study takes Company X,a leading agricultural and animal husbandry enterprise,as the research object,and explores the impact of digital transformation on the corporate governance structure of agricultural and animal husbandry enterprises.Firstly,the characteristics of the corporate governance structure of agricultural and animal husbandry enterprises are summarized.Then,taking Company X as an example,the paper introduces the development process of its digital transformation.Based on the analysis of the current situation of corporate governance,the positive impact of digital transformation on corporate governance structure is discussed in detail,including promoting information governance,optimizing organizational structure,promoting management decentralization,and improving decision-making efficiency.Finally,it is concluded that digital transformation is of great significance for the improvement of the governance structure of Company X,which is helpful for the company to improve its governance efficiency and achieve sustainable development.
