数字经济时代企业业财融合的策略研究

摘　　要：数字经济为业财融合带来了巨大的发展潜力。新型商业模式下,业务与财务的界限变得模糊,业财融合成为企业发展的必然选择。当前企业实施业财融合存在数据获取难、数据协同难、数据赋能难的困境。因此,应提升企业财务人员素养,夯实财务数据分析基础;建立业财融合管理机制,完善财务管理体系;构建企业规则管理体系,推动企业数据动态治理;加强业财组织深度融合,助力内部风险防控,以提升企业核心竞争力。The digital economy has brought enormous development potential for the integration of business and finance.Under the new business model,the boundary between business and finance has become blurred,and the integration of business and finance has become an inevitable choice for enterprise development.The current implementation of the integration of business and finance in enterprises faces difficulties in data acquisition,data collaboration,and data empowerment.Therefore,improving the literacy of corporate financial personnel,consolidating the foundation of financial data analysis,establishing a management mechanism,improving the financial management system,building an enterprise rule management system,promoting dynamic governance of enterprise data,strengthening the deep integration of business and financial organizations,and assisting in internal risk prevention and control are important,so as to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.
