摘 要:【目的】毛竹大范围扩张引起相邻森林生态系统功能退化和景观变化已成为生态学的重要问题,然而毛竹扩张如何影响森林土壤活性有机碳还不是很清楚。【方法】以亚热带区域选择毛竹向红楠林和日本柳杉林扩张的典型样带为研究对象,通过野外采样和室内分析,探讨毛竹扩张对相邻森林土壤活性有机碳含量及其在土壤总有机碳中相对比重的影响。【结果】毛竹向红楠林扩张对土壤总有机碳和土壤微生物生物量碳影响不显著,但显著降低土壤活性有机碳含量,且主要归因于降低了土壤可溶性有机碳含量;显著降低可溶性有机碳和活性有机碳占土壤总有机碳的比重,从而降低活性有机碳库的周转速率,有利于土壤有机碳的长期固持。毛竹向日本柳杉林扩张显著降低土壤总有机碳含量,但增加土壤微生物生物量碳含量,而对土壤可溶性有机碳和活性有机碳含量影响不显著;显著增加了土壤微生物量碳和活性有机碳在土壤总有机碳中的相对比重,可能通过增强土壤有机碳的生物活性和周转速率,促进土壤有机碳的损失。【结论】毛竹扩张对土壤活性有机碳的影响与森林类型有关,且土壤活性有机碳可以作为潜在的因子反映毛竹扩张对土壤有机碳积累和稳定性的影响,研究结果可为加深亚热带区域毛竹扩张与碳循环关系的基础理论知识提供支撑。[Objective]It has become an important ecological issue that the wide-spread expansion of moso bamboo has caused functional degradation and landscape changes in adjacent forest ecosystems.However,it is not yet clear how moso bamboo expansion affects forest soil labile organic carbon(LOC)and its components[soil dissolved organic carbon(DOC)and soil microbial biomass carbon(MBC)].[Method]In this study,typical sample transects where Phyllostachys edulis expands into Machilus thunbergii forests and Cryptomeria japonica forests were selected as the research objects in the subtropical region.Through field sampling and laboratory analysis,the study investigated the effects of moso bamboo expansion on the adjacent forest LOC,and its relative proportion to the soil organic carbon(SOC).[Result]The expansion of moso bamboo into Machilus thunbergii forests has no significant effects on the MBC and SOC,but it significantly reduces the LOC,which was mainly attributed to the reduction of the DOC.In addition,the expansion of moso bamboo into Machilus thunbergii forests reduces the proportion of DOC and LOC in the SOC pool,thereby reducing the turnover rate of the LOC pool,which is beneficial for the long-term sequestration of SOC.The expansion of moso bamboo into Cryptomeria japonica forests increases MBC,but it reduces SOC,and it has no significant effect on DOC and LOC.Moreover,moso bamboo expanded to Cryptomeria japonica forests obviously increases the proportion of MBC and LOC in the SOC,thereby increasing the biological activity of organic carbon and the turnover rate of the LOC pool,which has the potential to accelerate the loss of SOC.[Conclusion]The results show that the effects of moso bamboo expansion on LOC is related with forest types,and it can be a potential factor that mediate the formation and stable of SOC.The research findings provide support for deepening the basic theoretical knowledge of the relationship between moso bamboo expansion and the carbon cycle.
