摘  要:【目的】探究多地点湿地松半同胞家系幼林生长性状的遗传变异规律,开展湿地松优良家系早期选择。【方法】以江西省三地营建的湿地松2年生子代测定林为对象,调查其苗高和地径。利用南京林业大学林木遗传育种重点实验室开发的HalfsibMS程序包估算遗传参数。通过育种值估算、多重比较法、综合选择指数法并结合整齐度指标进行联合选择,对18个湿地松家系进行综合评估及早期选择。【结果】2年生湿地松家系子代测定林树高和地径性状变异幅度分别为43~198 cm和0.8~6.2 cm,遗传变异系数为22.81%~45.83%,家系间树高、地径生长差异极显著(P<0.01),家系生长性状在三地间存在交互效应;遗传参数估算结果显示,树高和地径家系遗传力分别为0.5739和0.6476,单株遗传力分别为0.1089和0.1847,反映出其家系遗传力较高,遗传稳定,受环境因素影响较小。育种值估算结果表明,湿地松家系生长性状育种值存在差异,其中树高排名前5的家系为3、4、6、1、5号家系;地径排名前5的家系为4、1、3、2、6号家系。根据育种值和综合指数联合选择,3号、4号、2号和6号等4个家系为优良家系;在此基础上再结合整齐度进行复选结果表明,3号、4号和6号为最终选择出的优良家系。对最终入选的3个优良家系进行遗传增益估算,其树高遗传增益和现实增益分别为12.98%、12.1%和11.6%;20.04%、18.6%和17.94%,地径遗传增益和现实增益分别为14.29%、9.13%和10.34%;24.9%、15.9%和17.97%,反映出其遗传优势和实际应用潜力。【结论】以育种值为主,并结合其他方法开展综合评价和早期选择能够较好地筛选出符合选育目标的优良家系。结合育种值、综合选择指数及整齐度指标的联合选择结果,遗传增益较高、综合评价较好、育种值高且整齐度较优的优良半同胞家系为3号、4号和6号,为后续湿地松遗传改良和林分营建提供�[Objective]This study aims to investigate the genetic variation patterns of growth traits in half-sib families of Pinus elliottii plantations across multiple sites,with the goal of early selection of superior families for Pinus elliottii.[Method]Taking the 2-year-old progeny test forest of Pinus elliottii established in three places in Jiangxi Province as the object,the seedling height and ground diameter were investigated.Genetic parameters were estimated using the HalfsibMS package developed by the Key Laboratory of Forest Genetics and Breeding at Nanjing Forestry University.Comprehensive evaluation and early selection of 18 Pinus elliottii families were performed through breeding value estimation,multiple comparison methods,and comprehensive selection index methods,combined with uniformity indicators.[Result]The variation ranges of tree height and diameter traits in the 2-year-old progeny test forest of Pinus elliottii families were 43 to 198 cm and 0.8 to 6.2 cm,respectively,with genetic variation coefficients of 22.81%to 45.83%.The differences in tree height and diameter growth among families were highly significant(P<0.01),and there were interaction effects on growth traits among the three locations.The estimated genetic parameters indicated that the family heritability for tree height and diameter were 0.5739 and 0.6476,respectively,with individual heritability values of 0.1089 and 0.1847,indicating high family heritability,genetic stability,and minimal environmental influence.The breeding value estimation results showed differences in growth trait breeding values among Pinus elliottii families.Among them,the top 5 families in terms of tree height are Family No.3,4,6,1 and 5;the top 5 families in terms of ground diameter are Family No.4,1,3,2 and 6.By leveraging a joint selection strategy based on breeding values and comprehensive methods,families 3,4,2,and 6 were preliminarily identified as superior families.Based on breeding values and comprehensive index joint selection,families 3,4,2,and 6 were identif
