摘 要:[目的]为构树作为矿区恢复优良树种提供科学依据。[方法]以矿区植被恢复中的主要造林树种构树为研究对象,分析和探讨其在不同类型矿区植被恢复中的应用情况。[结果]构树在石矿区成活率达98%以上,且在整个生长季生长状况良好。植株体内的丙二醛含量、细胞质膜透性及根系活力在铜矿区和石矿区之间有很大差异,铜矿区构树受伤害的程度要远远大于石矿区。铜可以在构树体内大量富集,且富集量根>茎>叶。和铜矿区相比,构树更适宜在石矿区生长。[结论]研究结果为矿区生态修复和绿色矿山建设提供技术支持。[Objective]To provide a scientific basis for the use of Broussonetia papyrifera as excellent tree species for the restoration of mining areas.[Method]Taking the main afforestation tree species in the vegetation restoration of mining areas-B.papyrifera-as the research object,its application in vegetation restoration of different types of mining areas were analyzed and explored.[Result]The survival rate of B.papyrifera in the stone mining area was over 98%,and the growth condition was good throughout the entire growing season.There were significant differences in the content of malondialdehyde,cytoplasmic membrane permeability,and root activity in the plant between copper and stone mining areas,with the degree of damage to the copper mining area being much greater than that in the stone mining area.Copper could be significantly enriched in B.papyrifera,with the enrichment amount in roots>stems>leaves.Compared to copper mining areas,B.papyrifera is more suitable for growth in stone mining areas.[Conclusion]The research results provided technical support for ecological vestoration and green mining construction in mining areas.
