摘　　要：板栗被称为铁杆庄稼,营养丰富,是著名的木本粮食和传统的食用干果之一,在国际上久负盛名。根据《中国统计年鉴》和联合国粮食及农业组织(FAO)的相关数据统计,我国板栗栽培面积和产量均居世界第一,但单位面积产量不高,并且市场的平均价格也比较低。为进一步促进中国板栗产业生态化发展,对国内板栗产业发展现状进行总结,针对存在的相关问题,提出相应的策略与建议。Chestnut is known as the iron rod crops,rich in nutrition,is one of the famous woody food and traditional edible dried fruit,has a long reputation in the world.According to the statistics of China Statistical Yearbook and the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations(FAO),the cultivation area and yield of chestnut in China rank first in the world,but the yield per unit area of chestnut in China is not high,and the average price of the market is relatively low.In order to further promote the ecological development of Chinese chestnut industry,this paper summarized the current situation of domestic chestnut industry development,and put forward corresponding strategies and suggestions for the related problems existing in the development of Chinese chestnut industry.
