摘 要:[目的]对授粉后25 d的玉米胚乳开展转录组测序分析。[方法]利用育成的不同胚乳类型的玉米自交系的硬质胚乳与粉质胚乳进行转录组测序、分析。[结果]差异表达基因分析共筛选出15841个基因,这些基因主要富集在生物过程途径。进一步代谢通路富集分析表明,这些基因主要富集在碳代谢途径、氨基酸合成代谢途径、糖酵解代谢途径、氧化磷酸化代谢途径等。[结论]该研究可为挖掘胚乳发育相关的功能基因,揭示玉米胚乳发育、遗传机制提供参考。[Objective]The aim was to analyze the transcriptome sequencing of maize endosperm at 25 days after pollination.[Method]The cultivated inbred lines with hard endosperm and floury endosperm were selected for the transcriptome analysis.[Result]Differentially expressed genes analysis generated 15841 DEGs.GO and KEGG enrichment analysis revealed that these DEGs were mainly involved in the biological processes and distributed in carbon metabolism,amino acid metabolism,glycolysis metabolism,and oxidative phosphorylation metabolism.[Conclusion]This study can provide a reference for mining functional genes related to endosperm development and revealing the genetic mechanism of maize endosperm development.
