摘　　要：金融纠纷由于体量庞大而成为纠纷化解亟待攻克的重点工程。为应对金融纠纷处置的现实要求和挑战,构建金融纠纷线上仲裁解决机制(ODA)成为一种创新的解决方案。通过借鉴英国、加拿大及本土的线上纠纷解决模式,指出在司法实践中从“ADR”到“ODR”再到“ODA”的纠纷调处机制提升路径,创设性提出金融纠纷线上仲裁解决机制(ODA)的系统性制度体系建构。Financial disputes,owing to their substantial volume,have emerged as a critical programme re-quiring urgent attention in dispute resolution.To address the practical demands and challenges associated with financial disputes,the establishment of an Online Dispute Arbitration(ODA)mechanism represents an innovative resolution.By drawing on the online dispute resolution models of jurisdictions such as the practices in the UK and Canada,as well as practices in China,this paper delineates the evolutionary path of dispute resolution machanisms in judicial practices progressing from Alternative Dispute Resolution(ADR)to Online Dispute Resolution(ODR),and ultimately advancing to ODA.It further proposes a sys-tematic institutional framework for the ODA mechanism tailored specifically for financial disputes.
