摘  要:两岸融合发展为高校涉台法治人才培养带来诸多机遇与挑战。当前,涉台法治人才培养具有两岸融合发展、涉台法治建设和国际斗争形势的时代背景。根据人才出口的不同,涉台法治人才培养的目标定位可区分为政务治理型人才、法律事务型人才和学术研究型人才,但同时也面临着体制机制、实践训练、外部环境等方面的挑战。高校应以“教学-实践-评价”全流程理念优化涉台法治人才培养,同时针对三类人才的不同情况,开展各有侧重点的专门培养。The cross-strait integration and development presents both opportunities and challenges for uni-versities in cultivating Taiwan-related rule of law talents.Currently,this talent cultivation is shaped by the backdrop of cross-strait integration and development,the construction of Taiwan-related rule of law,and the international struggle situation.Based on diverse talent outlets,the target positioning of Taiwan-related rule of law talent cultivation can be categorized into political governance talents,legal affairs talents,and academic research talents.However,it confronts challenges in institutional mechanisms,practical training,and the external environment.Universities should adopt the"teaching-practice-evaluation"concept to opti-mize the cultivation of Taiwan-related rule of law talents.Meanwhile,tailored cultivation for each of the three talent types should be carried out according to their specific characteristics.
