摘 要:为解决包装机非圆齿轮的齿面易磨损,导致工作平稳性与运动精度降低的问题,提出一种基于变齿厚设计的非圆齿轮新式构型方案。根据切削刀具的形态推导轮齿各截面的齿形法线长度,利用向量三角形的几何关系构建齿廓的曲线方程,并对试制样品进行试验验证。结果表明,变齿厚非圆齿轮的齿面啮合区域为线接触,接触线与坐标系3个正交面的夹角分别为88.019 1°,1.884 5°,0.610 0°,整体呈倾斜状态;改变主动轮与从动轮的相对轴向位置,角速度波动减小,实测最大值与理论最大值的偏差从5.24%下降为0.87%。研究为变齿厚非圆齿轮的设计开发提供理论依据。To address the issue of tooth surface wear in non-circular gears of packaging machinery,which leads to reduced operational stability and motion accuracy,a novel configuration scheme for non-circular gears based on variable tooth thickness design was proposed.The normal lengths of tooth profiles across sections were derived based on the geometry of cutting tools,and the tooth profile curve equations were constructed using the geometric relationships of vector triangles.Experimental validation was performed on prototype samples.Results indicated that the meshing area of the variable-thickness non-circular gears exhibited line contact,with contact lines inclined at angles of 88.0191°,1.8845°,and 0.6100°relative to the three orthogonal planes of the coordinate system.By adjusting the relative axial positions of the driving and driven gears,the angular velocity fluctuation decreased,with the deviation between measured and theoretical maximum values reduced from 5.24%to 0.87%.This study provides a theoretical foundation for the design and development of variable-thickness non-circular gears.
