摘 要:代谢组学是继基因组学、转录组学和蛋白质组学之后的一门新兴学科。代谢组学对生物体特有的整体观、动态观与中医学理论的整体观不谋而合,故可作为一种用于发现疾病生物标志物及探索生命系统与药物之间复杂效应关系的有效工具。大量研究表明,中兽药对炎症反应有一定的抑制作用,但其抗炎机制有待进一步验证。基于代谢组学探讨中兽药药效机制,研究潜在生物标志物和治疗机制,更符合中兽医药的整体观。论文综述了基于代谢组学方法解决中兽药抗炎机制的具体实践,以期为代谢组学策略的中兽药研究发展方向进行展望。Metabolomics is a new branch of systematic biology after genomics,transcriptomics and proteomics.Metabonomics’s unique view of the whole and dynamic view of organism coincides with the holistic view of TCM theory,therefore,it can be used as an effective tool for finding disease biomarkers and exploring the complex effect relationship between life system and drugs.A large number of studies have shown that Chinese veterinary drugs have certain inhibitory effects on inflammatory reaction,but the anti-inflammatory mechanism needs further verification.Based on the metabolomics technology,the pharmacodynamic mechanism of Chinese veterinary drugs is discussed,and the potential biomarkers and therapeutic mechanisms are studied,more in line with the overall concept of Chinese medicine.This article reviews the practice of metabolomics-based approaches to the anti-inflammatory mechanism of traditional Chinese veterinary drugs,and looks forward to the future development of metabolomics.
