摘　　要：为对近段时间出现精神沉郁、进行性消瘦、呕吐、卧地不起等症状的患犬进行诊断和治疗,通过了解病史、主诉以及一般检查、血常规、生化、C反应蛋白、胰腺炎和B超等检查结果对患犬进行评估和诊断,最终患犬被确诊为急性胰腺炎(AP)继发急性肾衰竭(ARF)。综合评估患犬病情后,对患犬采用中西药联合的方案进行治疗。经过35 d的治疗后,患犬症状消失,恢复良好。结果表明,该治疗方案对犬AP继发ARF有着良好的治疗效果,当临床上遇见相似病例时,可以此方案作为参考对患病动物进行治疗。In order to diagnose and treat a canine with symptoms such as mental depression,progressive emaciation,vomiting,and inability to lie on the ground recently,the canine was evaluated and diagnosed by understanding the medical history,chief complaint and examination results of general,blood routine,biochemistry,C-reactive protein,pancreatitis and B-ultrasound,and finally the canine was diagnosed as acute pancreatitis(AP)followed by acute renal failure(ARF).After comprehensive evaluation of the canine's condition,the canine was treated with a combination of Chinese and western medicine.After 35 days of treatment,the symptoms of the canine disappeared and recovered well.The results showed that this treatment scheme has a good therapeutic effect on ARF secondary to AP in canines.When similar cases are encountered in clinic,this scheme can be used as a reference to treat sick animals.
