循名责实:技术封建主义的概念沿革、研究表征与悖谬反思

摘　　要：技术封建主义是识见当代资本主义社会发展的又一新兴范式。作为一个学术概念,“技术封建主义”语义塑成于国外学界对资本主义生产方式掠夺性增强态势及信息技术垄断效应的审视,“再封建化”和“新封建主义”分别构成该术语的前置命题和思想母体。作为以封建主义架构为坐标来反映当代数字革命和科技发展的思潮,技术封建主义在中西方存在着截然相反的理解路径:国外左翼和右翼惯于以经济或政治变革为标准将其释为资本主义社会的质变形态;国内学者们透过政治经济学视域照见其实质是数字资本主义的内生变种。回到马克思对于社会形态的总体性认识视界中,技术封建主义假说在生产资料所有制、劳动产品分配、权力支配秩序以及生产力发展等维度上,存在误判人的数字化生存状态、误解数据生产过程、误读地租与利润形式以及误断数字资本驱动生产作用的思考误区。在厘定技术封建主义仍未超脱出资本主义现代性框架的基础上,未来研究还需进一步强化对数字主体性的寻绎,为共产主义要素解放创造理论前提与现实可能。Techno-feudalism is another emerging paradigm for recognising the development of contemporary capitalist societies.As an academic concept,the semantics of“techno-feudalism”has been shaped by the foreign academics′examination of the predatory enhancement of the capitalist production mode and the monopoly effect of information technology,with“re-feudalisation”and“neo-feudalism”constituting the predicate proposition and ideological parent of the term respectively.As an ideological trend reflecting the contemporary digital revolution and technological development in terms of feudalistic structures,techno-feudalism has diametrically opposite understanding paths in China and the West:both the left-wing and the right-wing abroad are accustomed to interpreting it as a qualitatively transformed form of capitalist society in terms of economic or political change,while scholars in China have seen its essence as an endogenous variant of digital capitalism through the lens of political economy.Returning to Marx′s overall understanding of social formations,the techno-feudalism hypothesis has misjudged the digital survival status of human beings,misinterpreted the process of data production,misinterpreted the forms of land rent and profit,and misjudged the role of digital capital as a driver of production in the dimensions of the ownership of the means of production,distribution of labour products,the order of power domination,and development of the productivity.Based on the determination that techno-feudalism has not yet transcended the framework of capitalist modernity,future research needs to further strengthen the search for digital subjectivity to create theoretical precondition and practical possibility for the liberation of communist elements.
