摘 要:通过构建中国大型制造集群网络并进行一系列断点分析,建立双循环新发展格局下中国制造业价值链攀升的逻辑链条,并对价值链攀升的驱动因素进行实证研究:以2020年为界,对制造集群网络前后三年的指标进行对比分析发现,在双循环新发展格局下制造集群网络有价值链整合趋势,各制造集群的连接加强,呈现更稳定的状态;各制造集群的全要素生产率在2020年得到回升,生产效率和技术创新水平得到提升;各制造集群的出口技术复杂度在2020年之后实现了飞跃,实现了价值链攀升。实证分析发现:制造集群生产效率提高和制造集群技术创新对价值链攀升有着显著正向影响。This paper presents the logical chain of China's manufacturing industry value chain upgrading under the dual circulation new development pattern through constructing a network of large manufacturing clusters in China and a series of breakpoint analyses;and it also conducts an empirical study on the driving factors of value chain upgrading.Taking 2020 as the nodal point,a comparative analysis of the manufacturing cluster network indicators over the three years before and after reveals that:under the new development pattern of dual circulation,the manufacturing cluster network shows a trend of value chain integration,with stronger connections among various manufacturing clusters and a more stable positioning;the total factor productivity of various manufacturing clusters rebounded in 2020,with improvements in production efficiency and technological innovation;the export technology complexity of various manufacturing clusters made a leap after 2020,achieving value chain upgrading.The empirical analysis shows that the improvement in production efficiency and technological innovation of manufacturing clusters has a significant positive impact on value chain upgrading.
