摘 要:超声技术在孕期中发挥了关键作用,特别是在胎儿生长发育的观察、诊断和治疗中。随着二维和三维超声技术的广泛应用,获取高质量的产前超声图像变得至关重要。由于各种限制因素,如胎儿运动、母体因素及图像质量问题,使得这一过程中存在诸多挑战。人工智能的引入为产前超声提供了新机遇。基于机器学习和图像处理的人工智能能够自动优化图像质量、标准化测量,进而提升诊断的准确性和可靠性。本文系统回顾了人工智能在产前超声中的应用,探讨了其在不同妊娠阶段的具体应用,如早期胎儿生长评估、胎儿结构识别及疾病诊断等,以及未来的发展方向,包括远程医疗和虚拟现实学习等,致力于进一步增强人工智能辅助超声技术的临床应用,挖掘人工智能在产前超声中的发展潜力。Ultrasound technology plays a pivotal role during pregnancy,particularly in the observation,diagnosis,and treatment of fetal growth and development.With the extensive application of two-dimensional and three-dimensional ultrasound technologies,obtaining high-quality prenatal ultrasound images has become crucial.Various limiting factors,such as fetal movement,maternal factors,and image quality issues,present numerous challenges in this process.The introduction of artificial intelligence(AI)offers new opportunities for prenatal ultrasound.AI,based on machine learning and image processing,can automatically optimize image quality and standardize measurements,thereby enhancing the accuracy and reliability of diagnostics.This article provides a systematic review of the application of AI in prenatal ultrasound,discussing its specific applications at different stages of pregnancy,such as early fetal growth assessment,fetal structure recognition,and disease diagnosis,as well as future development directions,including telemedicine and virtual reality learning.These advancements aim to further enhance the clinical application of AI-assisted ultrasound technology and explore the potential of AI in prenatal ultrasound.
